Forms
- A completed Application Form. This includes a Student Health Record containing current TB test results (or confirmation of BCG series), immunization records, medical information, and a physical examination record. The signatures of the parents and a doctor are required on this form. Photographs of applicants and photocopies of passports, ID and KITAS.
- Two (2) photographs of the applicant (4X6 cm). Color photographs should have a red background (passport-size).
- Photocopies of passports (cover page, picture page, vital information page, expiration date, and current visa page) of the student and both parents; the original must be present at the time of submission of the application or upon arrival prior to admissions.
- A photocopy of the KITAS (Limited Stay Permit) for the student and both parents; the original must be present for verification. If the KITAS is in process, a letter from the sponsoring company (employer) is required stating this and then the original KITAS must be present within 30 days of enrolment. Diplomatic and Dinas visa holders must provide photocopies of the passport and the current visa pages.
Academic Records
- A minimum of two (2) years of the most recent school records (where the student is old enough to possess them), showing courses taken and results. School records from non- English speaking schools which are officially translated into English would be preferable.
Letter of Dispensation (For both Indonesian and Expatriate Applicants)
For Indonesian citizens, in reference to the Joint Decree on the Ministries of Foreign Affairs,
Education and Culture, and Finance (1975), a letter of dispensation from Depdiknas is required to apply to I.S.B for the relevant year of admission. The International School of Bogor will assist parents through the process of gaining permission for Indonesian students to study at I.S.B
Application Fee
A US$ 125 non-refundable application fee per student is due upon submission of the application. This may be paid in cash (U.S.D or Rupiah), check drawn on a U.S. bank, traveller’s cheque, bank transfer or draft. For applicants outside of Jakarta, the application fee may be transferred to our Jakarta ABN-AMRO BANK, Bogor Expatriate School account, number: 13-20-815 (USD), SWIFT code: ABNAIDJA or our Bogor Bank Negara Indonesia 46 (BNI 46), Bogor Expatriate School account, number: 389.7154 (Indonesia Rupiah). Please print the student’s name on the transmittal slip and include a copy with the application form. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of transfer.
