An exciting job opportunity has become available at the Intercultural School of Bogor, one of the oldest and most prestigious schools in the region wholly committed to providing our students with a truly international education. Established in 1974 we have been the school of choice for Expatriate and Indonesian families – giving all our students an authentic multicultural learning experience. We currently support students from two years old (ELC1) to 14 years (Grade 9) and are looking for a creative marketing officer to join our dynamic team of educators and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing or similar.
  • A high level of English – both oral and written.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated data management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with community engagement and relationship building.
  • Proficient in online communications and information technology especially Microsoft applications.
  • Previous experience working within an international school environment.
  • Experience networking within Government Education agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to be accept challenges, be proactive and self-reliant when seeking and implementing solutions to problems.
  • Intercultural/multicultural experience an advantage.

Responsibilities:

 Develop strategies and procedures to market the school in as many mediums as financially viable.

  • Implement all admissions processes (for existing and new students).
  • Meet with perspective parents, relocation agents and Human Resource staff to introduce them to ISB with an aim to secure student enrollment.
  • Plan, design, develop and distribute marketing materials (e.g. posters, calendars, brochures, billboards etc.)
  • Inform and update the ISB Board of Governors of marketing and enrollment strategies, trends and innovations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Preferred start date:  April/May , 2017

Remuneration:

Salary and benefits are regionally competitive and will be negotiated at the contract stage.
